These General Purchase Conditions, which should be taken into account prior to the contracting process, regulate the purchase of tickets through the Website www.tickets.munodomar.es, which is the property of AQUALANDIA ESPAÑA S.A. [hereinafter Aqualand].
These General Purchase Conditions must be complemented by the General Conditions of Access and Use of the Website established by AQUALANDIA, as well as by any other Particular or Specific Contractual Conditions that may be established in each case.
AQUALANDIA may, at any time and without prior notice, amend these terms and conditions by publishing such amendments on the Website, so that they may be known by Users prior to the on-line purchase of the tickets offered.
Thus, the User, under their own responsibility, must carefully read all the conditions, on each of the occasions in which they intend to purchase tickets through the Website.
Users declare that they are of legal age, in accordance with national law, and have the legal capacity to contract through the Website and, consequently, to be bound by these General Conditions and any applicable Particular Conditions. With respect to all these conditions, Users declares to know, understand and accept them in their entirety. Likewise, Users acknowledge and accept that the tickets contracted through the Website will be for their own use or consumption.
In the case tickets are contracted from the User by third parties, the use or consumption of these will be under the full responsibility of the acquiring User. In this sense, the User accepts, expressly and without exception, that access to and use of the Website and its services takes place under their sole and exclusive responsibility.

PRICES
The prices indicated on the screen are those in force, except for a typographical error. They are set out in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
In the case of orders placed from territories where, in accordance with current legislation, the aforementioned tax does not apply, it will be deducted at the time of invoicing.
Offers and promotions shall be duly indicated on the screen.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The payment of the tickets can only be made by credit or debit cards attached to VISA or MASTERCARD.
For the User’s peace of mind, it is important to emphasise that the confidentiality of the processing of their data is totally guaranteed, thanks to the encrypted transmission of the information between the User’s browser, Aqualandia’s secure server and the financial entities that manage the payments.
Aqualandia reports that the use of this electronic payment system to purchase tickets may be criminal conduct, punishable by imprisonment, in the case of:
- Providing false information about the buyer or the card number used as a means of payment
- Using the data of people other than the buyer.
- Providing card numbers that do not match the buyer’s.
- Usurping the status of holder with someone else’s card.
- Using card numbers generated with computer programmes or similar algorithms.
CANCELLATION OF TICKETS
No purchase of tickets made through this Website can be cancelled. For this reason it is not possible to refund the amount of the tickets purchased.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
These General Purchase Conditions and, where applicable, the Particular Conditions that may be applicable, shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply to all matters not provided for in this contract with regard to interpretation, validity and execution. The parties expressly waive the jurisdiction that may correspond to them, and expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Alicante to resolve any dispute that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these General and Particular Conditions.
